Foam upholstery sofas

We cover, if necessary, the seats and / or backs with polyester fibers (wadding from 100 to 300 gr/m2), we can combine various densities to achieve better seating comfort.

Viscoelastic foam upholstery
We have viscoelastic foams (memory foams) for upholstery in general, being able to manufacture very comfortable seats and/or backrests combining this type of foam with other more conventional foams, HR, etc., etc., etc.

Upholstery foam sheets
We have foam sheets for upholstery, different densities, hardness and/or colors, in conventional foam, HR and a long etcetera. The standard presentation is in sheets of 2000 x 1000 mm, with the thickness always chosen by the customer, we can also cut sheets of other sizes, we adapt to your measurements, whatever they are.

Foam rolls
A wide range of foam rolls is what we can offer you, from standard rolls (1400 mm wide) of 20 kg/m3 and in white color to special rolls with special measures, from 2mm to 30 mm, because from this thickness, it is better to buy the material in sheets.
On request we can manufacture different densities and colors, always with a minimum volume.
We also have rolls of 25 kg/m3 self-extinguishing foam in gray color, the most common widths are 1000 mm and 2000 mm, the thicknesses to choose.
